Nucleus AI Labs is a brand of Agentis Technologies Inc ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through our website and our software, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact information you send us, such as your name, email, phone number, and business details when you email us or book an audit.
  • Website usage: anonymous page-view statistics (pages visited, referring site, country) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
  • Customer information our clients provide: when a business uses our software to text its own customers, the business gives us the customer's first name and mobile number so the texts can be sent.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
  • To send the demo text messages a business owner asked to receive, as described on our Text Message Consent & Policy page.
  • To keep our services working and secure.

Mobile numbers and text messages

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to send the texts the person agreed to, and are shared only with the text-message provider that delivers them (Twilio). Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services (for example, website hosting, email, and text-message delivery), only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@nucleusailabs.ai. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we do not discriminate against anyone for using them.
