Text Message Consent & Policy

Nucleus AI Labs, a brand of Agentis Technologies Inc, builds software for local service businesses. From +1 (877) 552-3412, we send a small number of one-to-one demo texts to business owners who ask to see how our job follow-up and review-request texts work. This page explains how owners request those texts, what they receive, and how to stop them.

How business owners opt in

A business owner asks us for a demo by phone, by email, or in person, and gives us their own mobile number for it. Before we send anything, we confirm:

"I'll text a sample to this number so you can see exactly what your customers would get. It's one or two texts, labeled as a Nucleus AI Labs demo. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime. Is that okay?"

We text the number only if the owner says yes. We never text a business's customers from this number, and we do not send marketing.

What business owners receive

  • One or two sample texts per demo, each labeled "Nucleus AI Labs demo."
  • No marketing or promotional messages.
  • Texts are sent only between 9 AM and 8 PM local time.

Sample message:

Nucleus AI Labs demo: here's the text your customers would get after a job: "Hi Maria, thanks for choosing [Business Name]! Would you leave us a quick Google review? [link]" Reply STOP to opt out.

Opting out and help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email hello@nucleusailabs.ai.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: one or two messages per requested demo.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are used only to send the demo texts described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the text-message provider that delivers the messages.
