These terms cover the Nucleus AI Labs website and the demo text messages we send. Nucleus AI Labs is a brand of Agentis Technologies Inc.
Text message program
- Program: demo texts. Business owners who ask to see our job follow-up and review-request texts receive sample texts, labeled "Nucleus AI Labs demo," from +1 (877) 552-3412.
- How you join: you ask us for a demo by phone, email, or in person and give us your own mobile number. Details are on our Text Message Consent & Policy page.
- Message frequency: one or two messages per requested demo.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@nucleusailabs.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle mobile numbers is covered in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share them for marketing.
Using this website
The content on this website is for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with how it works. Work we do for clients is governed by our separate written agreement with each client.
Limits
The website is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Agentis Technologies Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website or the text message program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
